All orders ship from Maui, Hawai‘i.

USPS Priority
• Complimentary on orders $350+
• $15 flat rate on orders under $350

FedEx 2-Day
• $45 flat rate

FedEx Overnight
• Available upon request

A tracking number will be emailed once your order has been shipped.

Holiday Delivery

To receive your piece in time for Christmas:

• USPS Priority → Order by December 15
• FedEx 2-Day → Order by December 18

Final Sale

All purchases are final sale.
Due to the handcrafted nature of our work and the small scale of production, we are unable to offer returns or exchanges.

Damaged Items

If your piece arrives damaged, please notify us within 3 days of delivery with photos and your order number. We will review the issue and provide next steps. Requests made after this window may incur repair fees.

 

Repairs

We’re committed to supporting your piece throughout its life.

• Complimentary repairs within 30 days of delivery
• After 30 days, repair fees apply depending on the work required
• Replacement of lost shells, pearls, or charms will be charged at cost
