Our custom piece timeline is 6–8 weeks. Once production begins, we are not able to modify or cancel the order. Please note that custom pieces are made specifically for you and are final sale. Due to the handcrafted nature of our work and the small scale of production, we are unable to offer returns or exchanges.

- After 30 days, repair fees apply depending on the work required
