What are you up to these days? It feels like I am always doing a million things -- right now it looks like figuring out how to child rear, launching a website, building a brand and business model that aligns with my true purpose, staying creative with my jewelry making, and modeling for brands I love. I just got my Real Estate license which I will shift more focus to in the New Year . Challenge is keeping balance and finding time to get in my body and breath through my favorite, Forrest Yoga!
What do you do to achieve balance in your life?
Forrest Yoga and writing lists to relieve my overflowing brain.
What words of wisdom would you share with the younger version of yourself if you could talk to her right now?
I would tell her to not care what anyone thinks and not take every decision she makes so seriously like its the end of the world. Life ebbs and flows, breathe and relax into the highs and lows.
What's your favorite place you have travelled to and why?
Coastal Mozambique! The African culture mixed the the latin flair (Portuguese colonized) is so vibrant, tropical, and exciting! The fish dishes are exquisite and super affordable, they have the highest concentration of whale sharks, amazing latin/reggae fusion dance parties on the beach, and the people are so lively, happy, and fun!
How do your pukas make you feel?
When I wear my pukas, my heart feels strong and soft, and my intuition is stronger and louder.
