What are you up to these days?
My first book " Project You" is launching any day now. It combines my passion for health and wellness from the inside out with beautiful photography. What do you do to achieve balance in your life?
I am balanced when I surf and spend time in the water and meditate. My kids remind me enough to step back and take a deep breath.
What words of wisdom would you share with the younger version of yourself if you could talk to her right now?
Educate yourself, travel the World and understand other cultures. Don't let anyone say you can't do something. Follow your passion and remember to be passionate about our Earth and all the beauty it brings us. If you build it they will come and this is really true. Open your heart to receive love and to give love equally.
What's your favorite place you have travelled to and why?
Greenland, as it is truly untouched beauty and a Winter wonderland and this is why it's my favorite place to date.
