SHIPPING INFO

As all of our items are handmade to order, please allow 2-3 weeks to create and ship your piece. If you need to request a rush order please email us at pukaperri@gmail.com to discuss. Rush fees may apply.

Custom cast pieces take approximately 8 weeks from the finalization of the design. So, please keep this in mind when special ordering them. Keep in mind that most pieces are one of a kind, and there might be slight differences from the ones on the website photos.

Please keep in mind that all items are being shipped directly from Maui, Hawaii. As such, shipping times may vary.

You will be notified via email with tracking information when your order ships.

RETURNS

At Puka Perri, we take great care in our handmade, one-of-a-kind jewelry pieces created with attention to detail. Because our pieces are unique, we want to ensure you are happy with your purchase.

Returns:

Our handmade pieces and personalized items are not eligible for returns unless defective. In this case, we can evaluate in order to do a repair.

Damaged or Defective Items:
We take extra care in packaging our jewelry to ensure it reaches you in perfect condition. However, if you receive a damaged or defective item, please notify us within 3 days of receiving the product, and we will be happy to offer a replacement or a repair.

Photos of the damage or defect will be required for verification.

Should the request be made outside the 3-day window, fees may apply, depending on the piece.
