The Puka Power is immense on this one. The Puka Cuff is actually the first piece I made for the Luxe Collection. I found this jumbo puka years ago and knew I would make a bold cuff out of it one day. That day came and its more exquisite than I had imagined in my minds eye. The large puka is set into the sterling silver cuff and accented with 18karat gold.

This cuff fits a 6”-6.5” wrist and cannot be altered due to the nature of the piece.
