Gold Palm Tree Charm with Diamond
Gold Palm Tree Charm with Diamond
Inspired by old Polynesian coins the coconut tree is a symbol for life. The peace you feel when you watch her sway in the wind. The deliciousness of her fruit. The fallen coconut is replaced with a sparkling quarter carat diamond.
This piece is part of the La Mer Collection, a collaboration between my soul sister designer Neely Mack and myself.
Symbolism: In the lush and beautiful landscapes of Hawaii, the Palm tree holds a profound symbolism that resonates with the very heart of these enchanting islands. As an enduring emblem of Hawaiian culture, the Palm tree charm signifies the harmonious relationship between the islanders and the bountiful nature that surrounds them. With its lofty fronds swaying in the winds, the palm tree embodies resilience, growth, and sustenance in the face of adversity, much like the resilient spirit of the Hawaii people. This golden charm tells the tale of a society deeply rooted in the rhythms of the sea, with the palm tree as its guiding light, a symbol of navigation, and the key to survival in the vast Pacific.
